This month’s subgroup is for you! Join us this month on WEDNESDAY (due to the holiday weekend) to learn what goes in calculating an offer so that you do not overpay. Miscalculating is one of the most common mistakes that new investors make. This is a fundamental skill that you need in your arsenal, so you want to make sure you become a pro at it.
