This is your chance to take what you know about multi-family apartment investing and put it to the test. We’ll break all attendees into teams and give you real live deals to crunch the numbers on. This is your chance to analyze properties just like you will for your own portfolio. More important, it’s a chance to close the gap on some analytic areas you may need to brush up on. Join us this month for a little competition and a whole lot of fun!
